Delivery Information

We are delighted to bring the perfect “emotional jewelry” to your door! At STKY, we strive for speed and transparency in our shipping process.

Processing & Preparation: Once your order is placed, our team takes up to 1 business day to carefully select, quality-check, and package your jewelry.
Delivery Timeframe: We pride ourselves on speed. After the preparation period, orders are typically received within 2 business days.
Shipping Fee: We offer a flat delivery rate of AED 30 for all locations across the UAE.
Free Delivery: Standard delivery is FREE on all orders of AED 150 and above.

Delivery Locations

We deliver to all seven Emirates, including the following cities and regions:

Major Cities: Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Al Ain.
Western Region: Al Gharbia.
Regional Areas: Hatta, Al Madam, Al Waqan, Sweihan, Nahel, Abu Samra, Bu Krayyah, Al Khatam, Mazyad, Al Qu’a, Al Khazna, Al Sad, and Ramah.
Tracking: All orders are shipped with tracking. You will receive a confirmation link via email or SMS once your package leaves our facility.
Insurance: Every STKY parcel is fully insured during transit to ensure your jewelry arrives safely.

Payment & Cancellation

Payment Confirmation: Upon successful checkout, you will receive a Payment Confirmation email immediately. This serves as your official receipt.
Cancellation: You may request to cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet entered the “Preparation” stage. Please email contact@stkyae.com immediately for cancellation requests.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

At STKY, our jewelry is designed to match your mood and is often customized through our “Build Your Own” process. Because of this personalized nature:

Strict Policy: Aside from quality issues, no returns or exchanges are accepted. We encourage you to review your “Muse” selection carefully before completing your order.
Quality Issues: If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us at contact@stkyae.com within 48 hours of delivery with your Order Number and a photo of the issue.
Approved Returns: In the rare event a return is approved for a quality issue, the item must be returned in its original packaging and in unworn condition.

Refunds

Once a return for a quality issue is received and inspected:

Approval: If approved, a refund will be processed to your original mode of payment.
Processing Time: Depending on your bank, it may take 10 to 45 business days for the funds to reflect in your account.
