The products displayed for sale on stkyae.com are intended for private use by consumers only. Goods may not be resold or offered as part of a commercial enterprise without express written consent from STKY. We reserve the right to cancel orders that appear to be for wholesale or unauthorized resale.

3. Order Process & Payment

• Binding Order: By clicking “Complete Order” or “Pay Now,” you place a binding order for the items in your cart. You will receive an automated order confirmation via email.
• Payment Methods: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay, and [Insert others like Tabby/Tamara if applicable].
• Reservation of Funds: When you place your order, funds are reserved on your account. The payment is typically finalized when your order is processed for shipping or when our workshop begins assembling your custom “Muse” selection.
• Security Checks: For your safety, high-value orders may be subject to additional verification. We may contact you via phone or email to confirm details before shipping.

4. DIY & Customization Policy

STKY offers a “Build Your Own” experience.

• Specifications: Because you select specific bases and charms to create your look, these are considered “manufactured to your specifications.”
• Accuracy: We aim for high-fidelity photography, but slight variations in the 18K gold plating finish or enamel details may occur due to the handcrafted nature of certain charms.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We are committed to getting your jewelry to you quickly. Our delivery promise is that orders are typically received within 2 business days.

• Standard Delivery Fee: A flat rate of AED 30 applies to all locations across the UAE.
• Free Shipping: We offer FREE delivery on all orders of AED 150 and above.
• Coverage Areas: We deliver to all seven Emirates, including:
  • Major Cities: Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah.
  • Regional Areas: Al Gharbia, Hatta, Al Madam, Al Waqan, Sweihan, Nahel, Abu Samra, Bu Krayyah, Al Khatam, Mazyad, Al Qu’a, Al Khazna, Al Sad, and Ramah.

6. Return & Exchange Policy

Because of the customizable “Build Your Own” nature of our modular jewelry sets:

• Final Sale: Aside from quality issues, no returns or exchanges are accepted. We are unable to accept returns for customized pieces that were assembled according to your specific instructions.
• Quality Issues: If you receive a product with a structural or manufacturing defect, please report it within 48 hours of delivery to contact@stkyae.com with photographic evidence.

7. Warranty & Complaints

In accordance with UAE consumer guidelines, your right to complain is limited to manufacturing defects present upon arrival.

• What is NOT covered: Normal wear and tear, including the natural fading of gold plating over time, scratches from daily use, or breakage caused by accidental pulling or dropping.

8. Gift Cards & Discounts

• Gift Cards: STKY gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash. If a purchase is lower than the gift card value, the balance remains for future use.
• Discount Codes: Codes (like the “FEELSTKY10” welcome code) must be applied at checkout and cannot be added retroactively.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
